Responsible for the inception of Nobel Fire Systems and still heavily involved in the strategic vision and day to day operations of the business the management team consists of the following:
Ian has over 25 years experience in the fire industry including time at major international fire protection organisations such as Ansul and Tyco, from sales through to senior management. As such he has developed significant experience in a wide range of disciplines from detailed design and specifications to installation across the full spectrum of fire suppression systems.
As Managing Director Ian draws on this expertise to ensure successful formulation and implementation of Nobel’s corporate strategy.
Ben has over 10 years’ experience of working in commercial and management consultancy roles in particular on start-ups across multiple industry sectors; successfully designing, implementing and managing strategies for numerous businesses including leading blue chips such as AstraZeneca, British Airways and Forte Hotels.
As Commercial Director of Nobel, Ben is responsible for the successful implementation of the sales and marketing strategy, as well as ensuring the business is properly financed to meet growth requirements.
