They have a combined 60 years’ experience working as lead consultants on catering design projects of all sizes and budgets which includes kitchens, serveries, front of house areas, ventilation, waste management, temperature monitoring and fire suppression systems.
They have always maintained that the really exciting and challenging aspect of their business is the fact that the industry in which they operate is continually evolving. It’s this acceptance of reality that helps keep everyone at Sterling Foodservice Design fully focused, totally engaged and personally involved in the process.
Andrew maintains that the business is all about people and treating them with respect, no matter what their role and for Sterling there are three critical elements to their business namely; The Client, their staff and the most influential are the suppliers.
If the knowledgeable suppliers proactively treat Sterling in supplying the correct information, dealing promptly with their enquiries, then they are confident their Clients will receive the same by way of service and fit for purpose equipment regarding duty and performance.
When it comes to working with suppliers, Sterling Foodservice Design believes in taking a partnership approach and to that end has developed a close professional working relationship with Nobel Fire Systems. Working together nationwide on installations across the Foodservice, Hotel and Leisure industries, Nobel and Sterling Foodservice have an approach that always ensures right first time, innovative, tailored and fully integrated solutions to meet specific individual needs. The success of the relationship between the two companies is based on an acute knowledge of each others strengths and abilities together with an exact awareness of the end customers’ risk potential and individual needs as far as fire suppression is concerned.
Together, Nobel and Sterling Foodservice have worked on numerous projects usually through a tendering process, with no project considered to be too large or too small.
