Further focus on innovation by Nobel Fire Systems
Dan has joined Nobel with the brief to provide additional research and development expertise to further develop and expand the award winning portfolio of innovative fire suppression systems which are now in use across the globe. While his primary focus will be on suppression systems and associated electrical controls, Dan will also provide back-up technical support to the existing team when required.
Having graduated from The University of Manchester with a M.Eng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Dan most recently worked at EA Technology as an electronics design consultant where his main role was designing, testing and implementing greenfield electronics projects. In this role his required skills set included; R&D, project management, a thorough understanding of both electrical and mechanical design, product development and programming. All of which will now be continued in his new position within Nobel.
In his spare time Dan is currently working towards obtaining IET Chartership accreditation and will be submitting his application later this year. Away from the working environment Dan relaxes by embarking on long distance road cycling and last year completed a 600 mile marathon ride for charity.
Clearly there’s no doubting Dan’s stamina, nor his appetite and capabilities when it comes to delivering practical and innovative solutions in his new role.
