Andrew maintains that the business is all about people and treating them with respect, no matter what their role and for Sterling there are three critical elements to their business namely; The Client, their staff and the most influential are the suppliers.
If the knowledgeable suppliers proactively treat Sterling in supplying the correct information, dealing promptly with their enquiries, then they are confident their Clients will receive the same by way of service and fit for purpose equipment regarding duty and performance.
When it comes to working with suppliers, Sterling Foodservice Design believes in taking a partnership approach and to that end has developed a close professional working relationship with Nobel Fire Systems.
